Itinerary:
- Land's End and Cabo San Lucas Downtown Tour
After breakfast at the buffet restaurant, we got ready for our tour today. The shuttle driver came and picked us up from the hotel and took us to Cabo San Lucas downtown which is about 20 minutes away. On the way there, we passed by Cabo Wabo which is a famous club there.
First, they dropped us off to see how tequila are made and also some tasting.
Then, the shuttle drive dropped us off the marina where we took the glass bottom boat to see the El Arco ("The Arch").
The small opening below is where the pacific ocean is as we are at Sea of Cortez. Later, the boat will take us from Sea of Cortez to Pacific Ocean which is next to the natural landmark El Finisterra (Land's End) which is a good place for snorkeling.
Look far at the rock formation and doesn't it look like Scooby Doo?
Here's the famous arch.
On the way to the divorce beach, we saw some sea lions.
The divorce beach is much bigger than the lover's beach.
This rock formation is known as the Land's End where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez.
After seeing the pacific ocean, our boat returned to the marina.
Even though I had the patch on, I still felt sea sick and uncomfortable. I was eager to get back on land. Since we still had some time before our shuttle is back, we walked around downtown and checked out their shopping center. There were many vendors outside trying to sell things but once we told them "no, thank you", they left us alone.
Soon, the shuttle driver came and picked us up. We went for lunch at the buffet restaurant and had a frappuccino again.
As for dinner, we went to La Hacienda Beach Grill.
After dinner, the kids went to the teens club for some games.
