Itinerary:
- Breakfast at Wild Life Koolah Cafe
- Hike at Passage Peak
- All Saints Chapel
- Lunch at Marina
- Drinks at One Tree Hill
- Catseye Beach
- Dinner at Marina
After taking tons of pictures with Oprah, we left to go on a hike at Passage Peak which is the highest point in the island. It was a challenging hike up but unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so the view was blocked with fog. The weather has not been sunny since we came, and we had some light showers throughout our stay. The average temperature is around low 70s. We talked to the locals and they mentioned that usually July is a good time to visit but not this time. So, they suggest August as another great time to visit Great Barrier Reef.
After our hike, we went to check out the All Saints Chapel before going to the marina for lunch.
We see a lot of cookatoos in the island and they love to come and eat our food, so we have to be careful eating outside.
After lunch, we decided to go to One Tree Hill for some drinks as we heard that they have one of the best views in the island.
After our drinks, we went back to the Catseye beach to spend some time there before heading back to the marina for dinner. We went back to our room after dinner as tomorrow will be a long day.
